As the digital agency of record for Crown Royal—Diageo’s largest brand by volume—my agency, MillerSmith, was responsible for maintaining and evolving the brand’s digital presence over several years. We redesigned the website twice during our partnership, each time aligning the digital experience with Crown Royal’s evolving marketing campaigns and brand storytelling. From product showcases to campaign activations, the site needed to reflect both the premium heritage of the whisky and the bold, contemporary energy of its advertising.
